Function:
1. This finishing line suitable for Stainless Steel No. 4 sandblasting, polishing, cleaning, drying and coating working.
2. Finished stainless steel plate, the same surface texture, 300mm*300mm area was not visible within the horizontal seismic profiling, the surface roughness after grinding: Ra 0.22 to 0.38.
Materials Requirements:
Stainless steel surface should be smooth, uniform thickness, can not have warp, crease, deep scratches, crater, burrs, oil spots and other surface defects.
User should offer testing stainless steel plate, suitable sand belt, finished plates and water-soluble emulsion. Our company provides skills training and the entire process technology support.
